• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• DOA/Defective products are allowed for return for replacement or credit.
• All returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
• All returns must be in original factory cartons with all original packing materials.
• All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included or you will be billed for the missing parts accordingly.
• Returns must be shipped freight prepaid, unless prearranged with MJP Computers, otherwise your shipment will be refused.
• Return authorization must be received within 10 business days from the date of the RMA or the return will be refused.
• All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty.

GENERAL POLICIES

• Special order items are not returnable unless authorized by MJP Computers.
• When returning a printer, please remove all ink or toner cartridges before shipment. Failure to do so may damage the printer and credit cannot be given.
• All unopened software may be returned for exchange within 30 days of invoice date. All opened software may not be returned for any reason.
• All clearly marked discontinued items will not be accepted for return.
• All replacement items will be shipped after we have received and processed your defective return. A new tracking number will be sent to you on the replacement item when it ships.
• All credits will be made back to the original payment method.
• We will not be held responsible for ordering of the wrong product(s), and all refusals will be credited minus the freight charges.
• If a package arrives damaged, please make sure you notate the damage when you sign for it, and inform us via our contact page. In the event that the actual product you ordered was also damaged, we will file a claim with the carrier.
• All non-defective returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

GIFT VOUCHER POLICIES

• Gift Vouchers require administrative approval before becoming active. This is to help prevent fraud.
• Gift Vouchers paid by cash/paypal will be approved in a shorter time than any other payment method.
• Gift Vouchers do not expire.
• Gift Vouchers may be returned by the purchaser within 7 days of purchase.
• Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash (exception: see previous) unless required by law.
• Gift Vouchers may be redeemed in store as well as online. Please bring a print out of your account balance page, as well as identification.
• Gift Voucher balances may be transferred by the account holder.
• Gift Voucher recipients are required to register for balance tracking.
• Gift Voucher transactions which are in error must be reported IMMEDIATELY (example: transferring balance to incorrect recipient, purchasing wrong amount, etc...).
